After graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law and working for a ship-owner company as a legal consultant and then for Allianz Insurance Company (formerly known as Sark Sigorta and Koc Allianz Sigorta) for 11 years as Marine Claims Manager, Mr. Sertac Sayhan went back to litigation in 1997 and worked at Hatem Law Office until November 2017 to start Sayhan Law Office. Practicing law for over three decades, Mr Sayhan has considerable experience in Maritime Law, Insurance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Aviation Law and Litigation and Commercial Arbitration and Sale & Purchase. He is also in charge with proceedings and formalities to be pursued with Governmental Authorities in Ankara. Mr. Sayhan speaks fluent English.
